The people and the pipeline.
LastGoonie is a studio in Greenville, South Carolina. It makes films, reels, sound, writing and podcasts, and it puts them where Greenville will see them.
Two seats filled. Five open.
Steve Wareham
Goonie #01. He shoots, cuts and writes, and he runs the systems behind the studio. The business side of him is AvoTech Consulting.
Jenn Wareham
Co-founder of Greenville Reels. Camera and cut on Texas de Brazil, and the eye behind the magazine’s food stories.
Collaborators
Simon Donoghue, Featured Pianist at the Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville, whose Sunday take sits under the Swamp Rabbit ride. The next seat goes to whoever earns it.
Shot in the room. Cut at the desk.
Capture happens where the thing is happening: camera glasses in a hotel lobby, an Insta360 on a scooter down the trail, a phone on Main Street. Nothing is staged.
The cut runs on the studio’s own machines. Every clip is steadied, graded and mastered for what matters in it. In the lobby that means the piano stays and the chatter goes. On the trail it means the ride glides and the light stays warm.
Then it is published twice: here, as the studio’s work with its credits, and in Greenville Reels, as a story for the city.
Seven seats. One ride.
There is no application and there won’t be. Seats fill by instinct. The roster is here.
